Dnevnik frustrated by Slovenia's EU funds phasing record

Ljubljana, 12 October - The newspaper Dnenvnik highlights in Friday's commentary Slovenia's recent dismal record in the phasing of EU funds. While some are suggesting Slovenia should simply start focusing only on major projects, the new Development Minister Marko Bandelli argues a full overhaul is needed of the project management and oversight system.
