Ankaran wants to become zero plastic bag municipality

Ankaran, 21 October - Ankaran, the youngest municipality in Slovenia, formed in 2011 after splitting from the Municipality of Koper, wants to become a trial municipality for a no plastic bag project as an expression of support for the Environment Ministry's plan for Slovenia to completely abolish the use of plastic carrier bags.
