Debate points to pros and cons of open internet

Ljubljana, 23 October - Unregulated, free cyberspace has many positive, but potentially also negative aspects, including the immense power of politicians, who no longer have to rely on media to spread their message, heard a debate on internet regulation held on Tuesday as part of the Slovenian Forum on Internet Governance.
