Supreme Court not convinced by ECHR's ruling on Pro Plus

Ljubljana, 24 October - The Supreme Court has rejected as unconvincing the arguments in the European Court of Human Rights's (ECHR) ruling against Slovenia over violations of the right to a fair trial of the commercial broadcaster Pro Plus. It says that the ECHR failed to consider the relevant provisions of the prevention of restriction of competition act.
