Coalition puts forward new candidate for Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 26 October - The coalition parties have agreed to nominate Katja Šugman Stubbs, a lecturer on criminal law at the Ljubljana Faculty of Law, as a candidate for a Constitutional Court post after the two candidates who had applied failed to garner sufficient backing. Unofficially, Šugman Stubbs could also be counting on the votes from the opposition Left.
