Ljubljana, 6 November - It will be cloudy in Slovenia on Tuesday with occasional rain in the west. Morning lows will stand between 8 and 12 degrees centigrade, up to 14 on the coast. Daytime highs will range from 12 to 18, up to a balmy 20 on the coast, where a southerly wind will persist.
