CoE body urges agreement on funding of municipalities in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 6 November - A Council of Europe (CoE) advisory body has called on Slovenia to address certain shortcomings in its local democracy. It has urged the government to reach a funding agreement with municipalities and increase the latter's financial autonomy.
