Anti-torture org urges PM, ECHR to stop extradition of Russian citizen
Ljubljana, 6 November - The World Organisation against Torture (OMCT) has called on PM Marjan Šarec and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) to prevent the extradition of a Russian citizen who has been in Slovenian prison on an arrest warrant, arguing Mikhail Maiorov could face torture if he returns to Russia.
