Paper critical of drinking "culture" in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 8 November - While the police, state agencies, the Ministry of Health and others are warning about drink drivers, people are receiving invitations for traditional celebrations of St. Martin's Day, and there is no doubt what these events are truly about, the newspaper Primorske Novice says in Thursday's commentary.
