Helsinki, 8 November - The Slovenian representatives at the European People's Party (EPP) congress in Helsinki explained why they backed Bavarian Manfred Weber as the group's top candidate in the European Parliament elections next May with Janez Janša saying that the EPP's course was now made perfectly clear.
