Ministry says breakthroughs made in rights of Slovenian community in Italy

Ljubljana, 9 November - The Foreign Ministry said that significant breakthroughs had been made in recent years with regards to implementing the rights of the Slovenian ethnic community in Italy as it responded to a recent memorandum released by the minority's two umbrella organisations.
