Delo sees sale as new beginning for NLB

Ljubljana, 10 November - The newspaper Delo writes in Saturday's front-page commentary that nothing will ever be the same for the NLB bank. It however argues that the state remains the biggest single owner in the bank with a strategic influence in the Western Balkans.
