Note to subscribers: Local elections

Ljubljana, 11 November - The STA English Service will release a series of features on local elections starting on Monday. Some will provide a broad analysis of trends, others will examine major individual topics or explain into individual races. The last of the features will be published on Friday, the last day before the election blackout.
