Corruption watchdog unhappy with folding of two banks into BAMC

Ljubljana, 12 November - The Commission for the Prevention of Corruption has found shortcomings in certain aspects of the management of the Slovenian bad bank in its latest report. Most notably, it follows from the report that the absorption of banks Probanka and Factor Banka into Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC) was not transparent or traceable.
