Delo: Merkel with no grand visions for EU

Ljubljana, 14 November - The newspaper Delo, taking a look at the general situation in the EU and Chancellor Angela Merkel's address to the European Parliament, says in its Wednesday's front-page commentary that the Union is in a situation when no breakthrough seems to be possible.
