Cerar: European army "nothing new"
Ljubljana, 14 November - Commenting on a recent idea about a European army, Foreign Minister Miro Cerar believes this is a follow-up to the initiative for an European defence system known as PESCO, or Permanent Structured Cooperation, which is part of the EU's security and defence policy.
