Nominee for constitutional judge step closer to appointment

Ljubljana, 15 November - The parliamentary Privileges and Credentials Commission endorsed on Thursday law professor Katja Šugman Stubbs for a new Constitutional Court judge, the last obstacle before the vote in the National Assembly next week. Coalition parties, which had put her forward, praised the candidate as an exceptional expert.
