Kučan tells Večer presidents should take clear stances

Maribor, 17 November - Slovenia's first President Milan Kučan has discussed for Večer the role of the president in a time when hate speech is being spread and the awareness of the importance of human rights is fading. The president "must not be silent about these problems and avoid taking clear stances", he told the paper in an interview published on Saturday.
