Delo: Bandelli did not distinguish between private and public

Ljubljana, 19 November - Commenting on the scandal involving former Development Minister Marko Bandelli, the newspaper Delo says on Monday that he was forced to resign because he had failed to comprehend the distinction between the private and public understanding of the state.
