Slovenia supports EU army idea, warns against additional capabilities

Brussels, 20 November - Slovenia is supportive of the idea of an EU military force, but its Defence Minister Karl Erjavec warned against demands that would require EU and NATO member states to double their capabilities. The EU's security and defence policy is already headed that way, but political consensus will likely be hard to reach, he said.
