Jurist indicates migrations referendum a no-go

Ljubljana, 23 November - Rajko Pirnat, a professor of administrative law at the Ljubljana Law Faculty, has indicated a referendum on the UN Global Compact for Migration requested by the rightist opposition is unlikely to proceed given that the National Assembly does not have jurisdiction over international agreements.
