Prešiček calls for fines for violations of media legislation

Brussels, 27 November - The EU culture ministers, including Slovenia's Dejan Prašiček, held a session in Brussels on Tuesday to discuss fake news and disinformation and issues in regulating the media from the aspect of technological development. Prešiček said that violations of the media legislation should be subjected to financial penalties.
