Outgoing Koper mayor lodges appeal against vote count

Koper, 4 December - Outgoing Koper Mayor Boris Popovič, who was defeated by Aleš Bržan in Sunday's run-off by only seven votes, has lodged an appeal against the vote count, demanding a recount at all polling stations in the Koper municipality.
