Ljubljana, 5 December - It will be moderately to mostly cloudy in Slovenia on Wednesday with morning fog or low cloud expected in low-lying areas. A weak bora wind is to start blowing in the south-west. Morning lows will range from -2 to 3 and up to 6 degrees Celsius on the coast. Daytime highs will stand between 3 and 7 degrees, up to 12 on the coast.
