Luka Koper loses compensation lawsuit against contractor
Koper, 4 December - Port operator Luka Koper has failed in its lawsuit against Costruzioni Generali Xodo, an Italian company it hired to deepen a part of the port sea bed. Luka Koper demanded EUR 1.1m, claiming that the dredging company accumulated massive delays, forcing it to end the cooperation with Xodo in 2014.
