Defence wants different judge in Stožice case involving Ljubljana mayor

Ljubljana, 5 December - A defence motion to exclude the judge has postponed the pre-trial hearing that was to be held today in the EU funds fraud and abuse of office trial related to the Stožice sports complex project and featuring Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković as the chief defendant.
