Večer says human rights must come before rights of countries

Maribor, 7 December - Human rights must come before the rights of countries, the newspaper Večer underlines in its commentary on Friday, just as Catalan President Quim Torra is visiting Slovenia. Territorial integrity of countries does not trump the right of the people to self-determination, the paper quotes a legal expert as saying at an event featuring Torra.
