No considerable progress at COP24, Slovenia's negotiator says

Katowice, 7 December - Halfway through the Katovice Climate Change Conference (COP24) no considerable progress has been made, Slovenia's negotiator Zoran Kus told the STA over the phone on Friday. Funding poses the biggest problem and will determine the fate of the Paris Agreement implementation guidelines, he said.
