Katič happy with justice ministerial's agreement on e-evidence

Brussels, 7 December - EU justice ministers reached two agreements in principle on Friday. Justice Minister Andreja Katič is satisfied with both the agreed rules on consumers' rights in case of faulty goods and the agreement allowing law enforcement to get electronic evidence from service providers located in another member state.
