Večer concerned by the state of Slovenian army

Maribor, 8 December - The problems of the Slovenian Armed Forces as the main pillar of national security are multi-layered, the newspaper Večer says in Saturday's commentary. Apart from the lack of new equipment, the army has another, perhaps fatal problem - lack of staff, the paper says.
