Environment minister leaves Katowice summit with mixed feelings

Katowice, 12 December - Environment Minister Jure Leben is leaving the Katowice Climate Change Conference with mixed feelings according to a tweet he posted on Wednesday. He doubts that courageous words and commitments he heard in Poland will translate into concrete action by the end of the week.
