Government adopts new bill on non-contentious proceedings

Ljubljana, 13 December - The government adopted on Thursday a new bill on non-contentious proceedings whose primary objective is to ensure a more effective implementation of the protection of the best interests of the child as the fundamental principle of Slovenia's family law, the government announced.
