Delo: Changes to election law will benefit established parties

Ljubljana, 14 December - The newspaper Delo analyses in Friday's front-page commentary the Constitutional Court's decision that the part of Slovenia's electoral legislation determining the size of electoral districts is in violation of the Constitution. The paper thinks the established parties will benefit from the changes the most.
