Paper says top court opened Pandora's Box

Ljubljana, 14 December - Commenting on the ruling of the Constitutional Court that part of the legislation determining election districts is unconstitutional, the newspaper Dnevnik says on Friday that the court opened the Pandora's Box politicians had not wanted to touch, either because of political spoils or other interests.
