Kosovo army signal there is no turning back, Delo says

Ljubljana, 17 December - The formation of the Kosovo army is a political signal that there is no turning back when it comes to the separation of Kosovo from Serbia and that there will be no more bargaining with land or independence, the newspaper Delo says in Monday's commentary.
