Primorske Novice welcomes health minister's plan to improve management

Koper, 19 December - The legislative changes announced by the health minister send a message to the heads of health institutions across Slovenia that they will have to roll up their sleeves and stop making excuses, the newspaper Primorske Novice says in its commentary on Wednesday.
