Iztok Purič appointed new cohesion and development minister
Ljubljana, 19 December - The National Assembly appointed Iztok Purič new minister without portfolio in charge of development and cohesion policy in a 45:30 vote on Wednesday. He is replacing Marko Bandelli, who was forced to resign in mid-November over delays in producing a report on EU funds phasing and meddling in the local elections.
