Koper city council to decide on mayoral runoff recount demand
Koper, 21 December - The newly elected Koper city council will hold its maiden session today at which it will also decide on a demand for a recount of the 2 December mayoral runoff votes, which was filed by Boris Popović, the outgoing mayor who has ran the city since 2002.
