Gorenje sells waste processing subsidiary to Rastoder

Velenje, 20 December - The Velenje-based household appliances maker Gorenje has sold its waste processing company Gorenje Surovina and its subsidiaries to Eko Surovina, a fellow waste processing company owned by Izet Rastoder. The value of the deal made as part of Gorenje's plan to disinvest non-strategic assets has not been revealed.
