Independence of judiciary in centre of Constitution Day ceremony
Ljubljana, 20 December - The importance of autonomy and independence was in the focus of a ceremonial session of the Constitutional Court marking Constitution Day, which is observed on 23 December. The court's newly-appointed president Rajko Knez said that the court needed to follow the Constitution and show its independence repeatedly.
