Paper calls for changes to pay policy for public institution bosses

Ljubljana, 21 December - The newspaper Delo calls for revising the pay system for heads of public sector entities, as the current situation where "salaries are determined administratively, arbitrarily, mostly with regards to what the state can 'afford' and is willing to give" encourages corruption.
