Foreign Ministry says Italian law safeguards Slovenian representation

Ljubljana, 24 December - Responding to concerns voiced as Italy is considering downsizing its parliament, the Slovenian Foreign Ministry said on Monday that the Slovenian officials persistently highlight the need to preserve representation for the Slovenian minority as they engage in regular dialogue with Italian colleagues.
