Telekom optimises capital structure through loan restructuring

Ljubljana, 24 December - Telekom Slovenije, the country's telecoms incumbent, has signed an amendment to a 2016 syndicated loan to extend the maturity of one of the tranches of the EUR 300m loan by two years. Telekom also took out a new EUR 100m loan with the bank syndicate that will mature in seven years.
