Govt and police sign deal, end months-long strike

Ljubljana, 27 December - The government and the two police trade unions signed a pay deal on Thursday bringing to an end a months-long strike. The agreement improves the police officers' pay and bonuses. The signing was attended by top officials: Police Commissioner Tatjana Bobnar and Prime Minister Marjan Šarec.
