Delo says 2019 key for climate change

Ljubljana, 7 January - With only eleven more years available for a radical reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, the world has entered the year key for a U-turn. Countries will have to reach a detailed agreement on how to implement the Paris Agreement and strengthen their commitments, the newspaper Delo says on Monday.
