Report: Ex-head of Serb Orthodox Church faces retrial

Ljubljana, 10 January - The case of Peran Bošković, the former leader of the Ljubljana Serb Orthodox community who was found guilty of embezzlement in July 2017, will go into retrial, the Ljubljana Higher Court has decided, according to the daily Delo. The higher court, however, upheld the part of the verdict acquitting him of abuse of office charges.
