System of private copying levy apparently not working

Ljubljana, 10 January - An investigation by the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption has found that the Slovenian system of private copying levy - a special charge on blank recordable media - is not working. Indeed, it has detected signs of potentially corrupt conduct by the Intellectual Property Office.
