Dnevnik says electoral reform will be hard to avoid

Ljubljana, 18 January - Noting there has been a number of unsuccessful attempts to change Slovenia's electoral legislation, Dnevnik says on Friday this time MPs will be unable to avoid it, as a general election held under the existing legislation would result in an illegitimate parliament.
