Delo wants polluters to be made to pay

Ljubljana, 18 January - The newspaper Delo comments on the controversy over the allegations of hazardous waste being dumped illegally at a brownfield in Moravče, asserting that the Environment Ministry has a formidable task to open the way for people to report pollution and to restore trust in environmental institutions.
