New ruling against NLB, LB in Croatia

Ljubljana, 18 January - A law under which the Succession Fund will assume liabilities for lost court cases referring to Yugoslav-era bank deposits in Croatia will have to be activated for the first time after the latest in a series of court decisions against NLB bank and the defunct LB bank became final.
